Message on Carona (CoVID-19) Virus from a Fellow Being

Disclaimer: The message is from a fellow being who has been studying the Carona Virus outbreak, the cures and the statistics over the past 3 months, this is not a medical remedy but a process to improve the immune system to avert the virus

Till now

Over the past 3 months and counting, we have been reading, watching, listening and been told that the Carona Virus is a scare, a death threat, a contagious and dangerous disease.

With the statistics in place, we come to understand that the virus is affecting the masses but the deaths are happening to individuals whose immune systems are weak or damaged. Aged People, with various ailments like Coronary diseases, Respiratory diseases, Diabetes and many more.

From the statistics studied and the movement of the virus (as it is an Air-borne disease). There is a lot of speculation and assumption in the social media circles about what this virus is actually about.

The Fear

The main fear is that a confirmed cure is not yet found by the doctors, there are trials and errors happening across the world. Doctors and scientists are working on the possible cure daily to ease the scare

The second fear is that the aged people in all cities and countries are in fear of death, they understand that the main targets of this virus are people who are aged and ailing with some sickness. How can they avoid it?

The third fear is Hysteria. Without understanding the roots of the virus and the details of the prevention, mass hysteria caused by Social Media has created clouds of doubts and scare in the masses. The resulting shutdown of all cities and countries.

I believe prevention is better than cure but there is more to it than meets the eye. The problem is not with us getting the virus, the problem is with us changing our sedentary lifestyles.

The Possible Solution

We can easily avert the virus if we have a healthy lifestyle in diet, mind, and body. What we eat helps us think, what we think helps us act on it.

Exercise, Food and good rest. These three are the core ingredients for a healthy lifestyle.

If you are not exercising, then it’s time to start!

If you are not having a healthy diet, then it’s time to have more greens and color in your diet

If you are stressed, then it is time to relax and meditate.

The start begins from within and thereafter you can be as healthy as a fiddle and lead the happiest life possible.

There is nothing scientific that has been shared here except that there is more to understand than to jump to judgments of what is good and bad in life. Hysteria is madness, knowledge, and understanding is the root of all cures.
